Hair Cut Drama

So I went for my first haircut on Saturday. Everything was okay until they put this cape thing on me. Then I had a meltdown. It wasn't constant crying. Occasionally I would be distracted by Big Bird on the TV.
Post haircut with a sucker I got as a treat. Don't worry Mimi and Aunt Heather- my hair is just wet and combed over-it's not really that short in the front.

I'm coming Bailey, I'll let you in!!

Oh well, since I can't get the door open I'll go find something else to do. Please excuse the diaper only photo. It was late in the afternoon and almost time for my bath.

Playdate With Aidan and Andrew

Today we went to see Miss Donella and her two boys. Aidan was so sweet to share his Cheerios with me.
I was amazed at how Aidan could stand up without holding on to anything AND eat at the same time. One day soon I will be able to do that too.

The puppies love to hang out by my chair at suppertime. Tonight they got a nice treat of tuna fish sandwich.

Jack Walks!!!

Whoo Hoo!! Look at me go! In the past couple of days I have really been wanting to walk more, especially today. I've gone from 2 steps to 6-7 just today. Note the bottle of Pledge on the table. Mommy was using that to encourage me to walk to her. Does that mean I'm going to be a clean freak like her?!

Uncle Chris and Aunt Madhur came for a visit. So we went on a Mississippi River dinner cruise. They are having a baby in December so I'll have a cousin!
I was incredibly tired of having my picture taken.
Watching the barges go by.
What the heck is that??? I later found out that it was the old Mississippi River bridge.
I finally decided that I had enough fun for one day.
Crawling up on the hearth is my new favorite thing.

The other day we went to Lowe's and I got to ride in the race car shopping cart. What fun!
I have been in Winona for a few days visiting Mimi, G, and Aunt Heather. I really missed my toys. While I was there I took 3 steps and started saying "Hedur" for my Aunt Heather. Do you think I have done any of that since I got home? No way. I don't want Mommy to know that I'm a big boy.
