Ella and Kate went to Nashville with us over the weekend. They did not enjoy sleeping in separate cribs at the hotel. They whined all night and tried to hold hands through the rails. Other than that they did great.
When I picked Jack up on Sunday after spending the weekend in Winona, to say he wasn't happy to see me was an understatement. There was so much screaming that I was afraid people would think it was a kidnapping attempt. Burger King ketchup made it all better!

We went to Winona over the weekend. Aunt Heather got slammed by the flu the night we got there so we didn't get to see her very much which made Mommy and Jack very sad. The girls had to model their new leotards. Aren't they cute??
In hot pursuit of bubbles!
We went through about 36 oz. of bubble juice while in Winona. He blew bubbles for about 2 hours. It got really old after a while.
Sweet baby Ella.
After a morning of entertaining everyone, Kate took a well deserved nap. Yes, she's on her tummy but we watched her very closely.
I left Jack unsupervised for 2 minutes. When I came back, this is what I found. Lesson learned-don't leave the craft box where a 2 year old can reach it.
Jack's glue masterpiece. He showed this to me saying, "Look Mommy. All the glue." Thanks Jack.
Once again while left unsupervised for less than 2 minutes (this time by Daddy) this is what happened. That's lipstick on my face. Looks like the parents would learn not to leave me alone!
A pediatric oncology nurse in a previous life, I am now a stay at home mommy. Stephen and I have been married for 8 wonderful years and have 4 beautiful children. Jack is 7, Kate and Ella are 5, and Reed is 2. They keep me busy but I love it. I love living in the South, sweet tea, front porch swings, purses, shopping for my kids, magazines, traveling, Ole Miss football, the beach and I'll monogram anything that doesn't fight back. This is our attempt to journal our children's lives since, Lord knows, I don't have time to keep up with a baby book.
