The kids and I went to Winona on Friday for the Easter weekend. Stephen was rounding so he couldn't make it. We went to the new park on Friday, played in the backyard and had a great time. As always, the kids were the center of attention and got pretty much whatever they wanted. But shouldn't it be that way at the grandparents' house?
After the park we went to Sonic for slushes. We drank them on the patio-the wind almost blew us away and Kate nearly escaped into the parking lot, but all in all, it was lots of fun.
Jack has never, ever liked to wear hats or sunglasses. Hats are usually still a no-go but he was all about some sunglasses this weekend. After Heather told him they looked like golfer sunglasses, he LOVED them.
