In honor of G, I wore my Mississippi State t-shirt. Normally I would only wear Texas orange or Ole Miss red and blue, but today Mommy made an exception. I had a big day today. I moved up to the toddler room at Mother's Day Out. My teacher, Miss Cathy, said I did great!
I will turn the page of this book over and over again to hear the lady with the annoying voice sing a song. One time Mommy turned it off and told me the batteries had quit working. Wasn't that mean?!

Trying to ride my little car. Once I got on it I didn't quite know how to make it go so Daddy helped me a little bit.

Best Friends

Look, Bailey and I are both smiling. He's my new best friend. I'll chase after him and sometimes he'll let me catch him. Then I'll try to hug him or give him some sweet pats. When I see him I'll start saying, "duh, duh, duh" - my interpretation of the word dog.

While Mommy went to Wal-Mart, Daddy and I hung out in my room. When Mommy got home, she found the carefully arranged changing table in a complete mess. I tried to blame it on Bailey.
Looking for a book to read before bed. I couldn't find my favorite one- That's Not My Monster. But after I pulled every one of them off of the shelf, I settled for Goodnight Moon.
Trying to give Bailey a little love. My other dog Harley won't get close enough to me for a hug. I wonder why?
Taking a trip up the stairs. I'm pretty good at climbing.
I made it!!
With my daddy on Father's Day. Note the bruises all over my face and head. Now that I'm cruising all over the place, it seems that I'm always bumping into something.

My Mimi and Aunt Heather came to see me last week. They just can't seem to stay away from me for longer than a week or so. We went to Macaroni Grill for lunch and I helped Mimi eat her spaghetti and meatballs. It was yummy!

Mmmm.... Peanut Butter!!

Today I had peanut butter for the first time. It is probably the best thing I've ever eaten. Mommy did make sure Daddy was close by in case of an allergic reaction.
Oh my gosh, it's soooo delicious!!

In The Dog House

Checking out Bailey's crate. Soon after I went in, Bailey went out. I think being in close quarters with me made him really nervous.

1st Birthday Party!

What a great day!! Mommy just realized the pictures were put in the wrong order. Sorry!
What does it say, Aunt Heather?
After I figured out that I was supposed to eat my cake with my hands there was no stopping me.
My friend Molly. Isn't she beautiful?!
Trying to give Murry Catherine a little love. I figured that since I shared my snow cone with her I deserved a kiss. She didn't feel the same way.
Aunt Heather and me.
A birthday cake just for me.
Aunt Heather and Uncle Stan had my birthday party at their house. Uncle Stan ran the snow cone machine. I think the adults enjoyed the snow cones more than the kids did!
Mimi and G gave me this train for my birthday. I love to take apart the track and derail the train.
This is my cool musical learning chair. All of my new toys are ABC related so hopefully I'll be able to recite the alphabet by the time I'm 2.

In search of a present to open at Mimi and G's house.
I hope this is the little piano I was asking for.
Just what I wanted!
Now this is my kind of swimming.
It seems that Daddy and I are the same shade of pale.
Please Aunt Heather, I want to get out!

Happy Birthday!

For my birthday breakfast, I got to eat a cupcake! What a great way to start my day.
